Now on the App Store

Your team apps run the team. Huddle runs your family.

Every game and practice for every kid, from every team app, in one calendar. And one alert when anything moves.

Throw a chip. Or scroll.

Ten schedules, from team apps to school and camp calendars, fall into a pile. As you scroll, Huddle pulls them in and they become one calendar.

An example Saturday, 7:30 AM

Five places to look. Three group texts. One of you.

The game time is in one app. The field change is in a thread you muted in September. Someone said they could drive, but you can’t find who. You are the integration between all of it.

  • 5places to look
  • 3group texts
  • 1parent

Your team apps run the team. Huddle runs your family.

Keep every team app. Add the one that knows your family.

Your coach keeps using whatever they use. Huddle reads each team’s calendar and puts it next to school, camps and everything else your kids do. Then it tells the right adult, at the right time.

What you get back

Your weekend, handled.

01

Know the plan without hunting.

One calendar for every kid, each in their own color, even when the teams use different apps. Today shows what’s next and when to leave.

02

Know the moment a game moves.

When the team app changes a game, you get one alert: the new time, then the place. Not a thread to scroll. Not a coach email from Tuesday.

Swipe the notification away.

03

Fill every seat to the game.

A parent offers seats in the team chat. You ask for one, and the driver’s family approves it right there. Every confirmed seat gets a pickup code, said at the curb. No one types a PIN into a group text.

How it works

Three steps. Then Saturday takes care of itself.

  1. 01

    Add your teams.

Paste the calendar link each team app publishes. Huddle reads the schedule and never changes it.

  2. 02

    Add your people.

Invite your co-parent or a caregiver. A caregiver sees the schedule and can drive. Team chats let new families in only when a family already there says yes.

  3. 03

    Then let it watch.

Changes arrive as one alert. Huddle Assistant posts anything that needs you in your family’s own thread.

And the rest of Saturday

Smaller things that get big on game day.

04

Send Grandma the whole day.

Share this day makes one picture of every game, with each time and field, and sends the same day as text with directions.

Flick the picture into the message.

05

See who’s coming, at a glance.

Ask from the game. Huddle Assistant puts the question in the team chat, and every family answers right there: Going, Maybe or Can’t.

A team chat in Huddle. Huddle Assistant says Gina wants to know who’s coming to Saturday’s game, Jaguars vs. Massapequa at 9:50 AM. Five going, one maybe.

06

Know when to leave.

Leave-by comes from the real drive time and the time the coach wants players there. The drive is worked out on your iPhone, and your location never leaves it.

Huddle’s Next up card: Jaguars practice, today 5:30 to 7:00 PM at Jericho Middle School. Leave by 5:04 PM. Arrive by 5:10 PM, as the coach asks. 6 minute drive.

07

Catch double-bookings early.

When a kid has two events at once, or no parent or caregiver is free to drive, Huddle flags it and suggests a fix.

A conflict in Huddle: Maya is double-booked Saturday, 11:00 to 11:05 AM. Leave soccer at 10:48 AM to make Ava’s birthday party at 11:00 AM, or stay to the end and arrive around 11:17 AM.

Privacy

Chats for adults. Kids by first name only.

Adults only.
Kids don’t have accounts, so no one can message a kid. Other families see your kids by first name only.
New families wait at the door.
A forwarded link isn’t a pass. Until a family already in the chat lets them in, a newcomer can’t read a thing.
Coaches aren’t in your chats.
Their changes reach you through the team calendar, which Huddle reads and never edits.
Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Chats are protected with TLS and encrypted on our servers. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Only members of a chat can read it under our access controls.

Straight answers.

Does Huddle replace my team’s apps?

Who can see my kid’s name?

Only adults in the team chats your family is in, and only your kid’s first name. See our Privacy Policy.
