Terms of Use

Effective date: November 2, 2026 · App: Huddle: Family Sports & Events (com.trmlabs.huddle)

These terms are the rules for using Huddle, a family sports app with adult chats, calendars, and carpools. By creating an account or using Huddle, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Huddle is operated by Teddy Mutterperl, doing business as TRM Labs (“we,” “us”). The iPhone app is Huddle: Family Sports & Events, bundle ID com.trmlabs.huddle.

Huddle is currently available only in the United States.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy. If something in the Privacy Policy conflicts with these terms on privacy topics, the Privacy Policy controls for those topics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Huddle account. Huddle is for parents and caregivers. Kids have no accounts and do not sign in. A parent may add a kid profile (first name and related details) under the family’s account for scheduling only.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Keep your sign-in method secure. Don’t share access with anyone who isn’t an adult in your family. Don’t create an account for someone else without their permission.

Huddle costs $1.99 on the App Store. We may change features over time.

4. Acceptable use

Use Huddle only for lawful family sports scheduling, rides, and adult conversation. You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse anyone
  • Post illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Share another person’s private information without permission
  • Spam, scrape, or try to break or overload the service
  • Use Huddle for anything other than its intended family-sports purpose

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We do not allow objectionable content or abusive users on Huddle. If you post it or behave that way, we will remove the content and may eject you from the service.

5. Reporting and blocking

You can Report content or Block a person in the app. Blocking means you won’t see their messages or get alerts from them, and they aren’t told. Reporting sends the reported content, with the five messages before it for context, to us for review.

We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours: we remove the content and eject offenders who violate these terms. You can also email huddleapp@mail.grokbot.com with “Report” in the subject. More detail is on Support.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, photos, profiles, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to run Huddle for you and the people in your chats and family. We don’t claim ownership of your content, and we don’t use it for ads.

You’re responsible for what you post. Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share.

7. Schedules and calendars

Huddle reads team calendar links you paste in to show games and practices. Leave-by times use drive estimates from Apple Maps on your device. Schedules can change, feeds can lag, and drive times are estimates.

Always verify times, venues, and ride plans with your team. Don’t rely on Huddle alone for when to leave or where to be.

8. No warranty

Huddle is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that schedule information, leave-by times, weather, or ride details will be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Teddy Mutterperl d/b/a TRM Labs and our providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Huddle.

Our total liability for any claim related to Huddle is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Huddle in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $50.

Some places don’t allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited as much as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using Huddle and delete your account anytime under Family › Delete Account (see the Privacy Policy for what that removes).

We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms, if we need to protect other users, or if we discontinue the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date above and, when changes are material, provide notice in the app or by email when we have an address. If you keep using Huddle after the updated terms take effect, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, stop using the app and delete your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or Huddle, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim in another place.
